Referral Cash Reward and Buyer Representation Policy

We are excited to offer a special cash reward of MXN 20,000 (all inclusive) to any individual who refers a buyer without broker / agent representation that successfully closes on the property. Payments will be made in Mexican Pesos and will be paid directly to the referrer during the final closing.

Buyer Representation Policy

AGENTS WELCOME - We welcome buyers represented by certified local real estate sales professionals. If a buyer chooses representation, we agree to pay a split commission of 2.5% (all inclusive) at the closing.
